Creative coaching for people who’ve been carrying something they were taught to set aside.

The portal most people reach for first. Words on the page. No one has to read them yet.

Your body knows things your brain forgot. We’ll find out what it’s been holding.

Making something you can see and touch. No drawing skill required. We mean it.

Rhythm, voice, noise, silence. The practice where perfectionists finally loosen their grip.

Not performing for an audience. Inhabiting someone else’s skin to find your own.
I spent a decade teaching, performing, and making interdisciplinary art—writing, movement, visual art, sound, drama—and somewhere in there I realized the most important work wasn’t happening onstage. It was happening in the moment someone said, “I didn’t know I was allowed to do that.” I have an MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts from Columbia College Chicago, a background in arts education, and the anxious energy of someone who drinks too much coffee and cares too much about whether you’re okay. I’m not a guru. I’m a fellow traveler who’s been through this stretch of road before.

Creative voices Guided

Most people who find their way here have been carrying a creative impulse they set aside—for practical reasons, responsible reasons, reasons that made perfect sense at the time. But it didn’t go away. It just went underground. And now it’s knocking. The work we do together isn’t about turning you into an artist. You already are one—you just stopped practicing. It’s about excavating the creative voice that’s been waiting underneath all the sensible choices, and building a practice you can sustain inside your actual life. Not a fantasy life. The one with the job and the kids and the mortgage.

Four sessions over one month. A full creative assessment and a personalized Creative Practice Blueprint built around the time, space, and energy you actually have.

Twelve sessions over three months. One project, from the idea rattling around in your head to a finished piece of work that exists in the world. I walk alongside you through the full creative process.

Find answers to commonly asked questions about and our services.
If you’re asking this question, you’re exactly who this is for. Creativity isn’t a talent you either have or don’t. It’s a human reflex—like breathing, except most of us were taught to hold our breath. The work here is about exhaling.
The Spark is one session. The Dig is a month. The Charge is three months. The Pattern is six months. You pick the depth. No one is going to pressure you into a longer commitment. Start with The Spark and see what happens.
Good. That’s part of the design. I guide people through five practices—writing, movement, visual art, sound, and drama—because the most interesting discoveries happen at the edges between disciplines. The person who came in thinking they were a writer discovers they love movement. That surprise is the point.
The Spark (try it): $250. The Dig (find it): $1,000. The Charge (make it): $2,500. The Pattern (become it): $5,000. No hidden fees, no upselling. The price is the price.
The time you have is sufficient. The creative impulse you set aside didn’t go away. Let’s dig it out.
